Any personal information you give me when taking on a graphic design or illustration project is not shared with anyone else unless explicit consent is given.

Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me at bonnie@onelioness.co.uk

I have a legal obligation (for example, producing and retaining invoices)
How I store your personal information:
Storage:
The information you provide to me when carrying out graphic design or illustration services is stored via email, Google Drive, Toggl (a time-tracking service), my computer, my iPad, a stored-away hard drive, or, on the occasion of in-person meetings, a physical notebook (also stored-away).
I will store this information when I receive or complete a proposal, when work is confirmed, underway and/or completed. I may save emails and other relevant information to the job, such as client details, written notes or drawings from meetings (video-call, by phone, or in-person), digital work files, hardcopy print-outs (if relevant) and screen recordings of meetings or work (if relevant).
I will keep your name, email address and any emails you’ve sent relating to projects in my email account for contact purposes and for my records, until you notify me that you wish for it to be removed. I will then delete this information.
If a client contacts me via phone and texts or leaves a voicemail, this will automatically be stored in my phone. I will likely add you as a contact to be able to identify you in future for project work. I am happy to delete this information on request.
I may also receive correspondence via WhatsApp and will store this information unless you request deletion.
Client calls, project deadlines, costs, and meetings are put into an Excel spreadsheet and saved on Google Drive.
I keep all information relating to design and illustration services unless requested to delete it, or I’ve confirmed with a client that I can delete it.
Invoices:
I must store invoices for tax purposes.
Time-tracking:
Hours worked on client projects are tracked and stored via Toggl (a time-tracking site).
I will input certain details to identify the client (such as client name, company name, project name), and within that project, may categorise the time into further details (such as: research, ideation, template creation, first draft, revisions, illustrations).
Screen-recording:
I will screen-record all video-calls for reference. I will always ask your permission before commencing screen-recording.
in the process of completing projects I may screen-record my computer or my iPad Procreate drawings for the purposes of creating a brief ‘Making Of . . .’ video to be posted on social media channels (currently LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook). This ‘Making Of . . .’ video would be created after the project’s completion free of charge for my own marketing and promotion purposes, and contain the ‘One Lioness’ logo (as a still graphic or animation) at the end. Before making the video, I will seek your agreement and consent, anonymise details as necessary or as agreed, and also show the video for your approval before posting. I will remove the video from my social media channels at any time, please message me: bonnie@onelioness.co.uk.

I may post the finished project (such as illustrations, logos, slides, screenshots of final or draft files), to my social media channels. This is to promote my graphic design and illustration services. I will anonymise this work as much as I can, or post the actual work (with your approval).
I am happy to delete your files and correspondence on request (otherwise I will keep them for my records).
