THE BRIEF

To create a pitch deck for a digital music tech startup.

There was no existing brand, design guidelines or photography when this project commenced.

Please note, text has been anonymised and photographs replaced.

The logo, in a sans-serif font, contrasts with the thicker iconography of soundwaves.

Bright, attention-grabbing colours in a modern gradient reflected the forward-thinking nature of the startup.

A mix of upper- and sentence-case was used.

Underlining select items of text gives a concert 'setlist' feel to the presentation.

The photography was bright, dramatic, and theme-fitting, picking up on colours in the colour palette.

A pie chart, contained within a larger circle, alludes to a music record in shape and proportion.

Slides showing layouts in thirds, quarters, and cut in half.

Full-bleed imagery adds great visual impact and interest to the deck. The soundwaves from the logo were separated out and used as design motifs.
